5 x NETZSCH DISCUS 30 Bead Mill for Holland Colours Europe!

Five new high-tech bead mills have been delivered to Holland Colours Europe B.V. in Apeldoorn! These fully automated NETZSCH DISCUS 30 Intensive bead mills feature the new generation of NETZSCH Peripro hose pumps and high-tech ceramic grinding chambers. They are equipped with controls that allow for monitoring directly at the machine, remote, and/or via a mobile phone app.

NETZSCH DISCUS Intensive bead mills are unique in their class and available in various sizes, ranging from a 4-liter grinding chamber volume up to 1,000 liters. Thanks to their intensive grinding action and high throughput, this new grinding system offers great flexibility for processing a wide range of products, from low to high viscosity. The NETZSCH DISCUS Intensive system can be used for both single-pass and circulation grinding processes. Furthermore, the machine comes standard with a highly durable ceramic inner liner, offering the key advantage of optimal product cooling.

These new bead mills align with the trend toward sustainable, low-maintenance, and energy-efficient inline grinding and dispersing systems within the NETZSCH-product range.
