DEVREE V230I for independent Dutch Paint manufacturer

A DEVREE V230I-Servo automatic filling machine was recently finalized for an independent wall paint manufacturer, based in The Netherlands. The filling machine will be used to fill water based paints into cans with volumes ranging between 2,5 and 20L.

The machine will be combined with a De Vree pail denester and will receive a driven roller section and can pusher at the infeed. The servo transport and dosing systems will ensure a fast and clean filling process. All settings such as the dosing volume, speeds, acceleration and deceleration of the piston can be adjusted through the HMI of the machine.

The machine has an automatic cleaning system, including water heater, spray ball and waste water evacuation. With this system, the cleaning of the hopper, dosing unit and filling head is done with optimal results and minimal operator inputs.
