NETZSCH EPSILON High Efficiency Inline Dispersing System

Another new NETZSCH EPSILON High Efficiency Inline Dispersing System! Ready to be delivered to one of our customers in the Dutch paint industry! This system consists of the compact inline NETZSCH EPSILON 30, 2 double-walled stainless steel tanks, a small mezzanine construction, dosing system, loading cabinet, piping & product pumps and will be connected to a new and fully automatic E & R / DE VREE filling system!

Highly efficient because the process time per batch is approximately 1/3 compared to the existing conventional dissolver, energy consumption is reduced by at least 60%. Additionally, the NETZSCH EPSILON delivers a better-dispersed and fully degassed product. Reproducible, dust-free, automatic, and with very easy cleaning and product changeover. Unlike many rotor/stator mixers available on the market, the NETZSCH Epsilon is not having any wear issues caused by the abrasiveness of the dispersed pigments and fillers.
