NEW De Vree Filling machines

Volumetric and gravimetric filling

E & R recently delivered and installed two fully automatic De Vree filling machines at a Dutch manufacturer of specialty coatings and 2-component systems.

One fully automatic, gravimetric filling machine was supplied for filling and closing buckets with very high viscous products. The second fully automatic machine was equipped with a volumetric filling system for filling specialty coatings and hardeners.

Both machines have a PLC controlled operator terminal and automatic changeover, a CIP system for cleaning and automatic lid dispenser and closing system.

Both filling machines have automatic infeed tables for dosing empty cans and buckets.
